Ditch the cross draw vest. Try something lighter and something that will allow you to carry M14 mags. M14 mags will be very awkward in the double m4 pouches, and thats a big pistol to have on your chest. On top of that as a sniper you should pick a load out where you can lay prone. laying on your pistol and dragging it on the ground is not gonna be good for you or your pistol. I like the pistol choice. For the price its a decent pistol. You may need to tinker with the hop up to get it consistent. if you can, score a different silencer for it. One with foam and it will be really quiet. Rifle is good, pistol is good, but as a sniper less is more. You are gonna spend a lot of time in the prone, you wont need to carry a lot of ammo, and you should be able to fit a ghillie over the gear. I use a blackhack harness and pistol belt with M14 mag pouches, a pouch for smoke, pistol mags, drop leg pistol holster, and a back pack with my ghillie, face paint, MRE (for long events) water, Leatherman, Kabar, ESS low profile turbo fans.
