How Important is a side arm, and what would you consider using for a side arm? Thanks

generally speaking it's important if you need to buy some time to reload, or if you have a long rifle and are about to be in very tight quarters as a smaller weapon is easier to swing. most people use a gas pistol as their sidearm, however you can use an AEP or a small smg (MP7, TMP, Mac11, Uzi, etc.) you just have to bear in mind that whatever it is it has to be capable of semi-auto, and the larger your sidearm, the more weight you're carrying. did i miss anything brazzy?

I really dont have a comment on this. Tstonk hit it pretty well. Everyone carries a side arm of some kind. I have a biased opinion since I use mine way more than the average operator.

haha wow, if you're gonna get a sub you can also think about mp5's or ump's which are more customizable than uzis.

Since its a side arm something bulky and awkward is not what your gonna want to carry. A good pistol in a good holster is the most efficient way to go.
