I am not in love with my m14 i dont know why but i dont like it so im going to move to a sniper role if you can recommend any bolt action sniper that would be awesome im going to up grade what ever i get to like around 500 f.p.s. so just recommend any thing. these are ones i have looked at so far.

me and brazzy talked about the m99 a while ago, he said that while it's sexy as hell it's not worth anything but the looks, apparently it has a shitty trigger mechanism?
we also talked about the sniper role in general and how it's not something you want to skimp on, and it's not gonna be cheap. i'm told the JG bar10 is the best bang for the buck and the most upgradeable but i don't know that from experience so take that for what it's worth.

what do you mean? those are all valid sniper rifles.

Not really, and owning one doesnt make you a sniper. Overall being a sniper in airsoft is an all out waste of time unless you know what you are doing. Typically the only people who know what they are doing have played the game for years. Its a money pit and you're not gonna have any fun getting your ass handed to you on a regular basis. That is if you can find a place that will let you use it.

What about the M14 dont you like?

Thats fine. I wouldnt say you're "back to square one" when you never even made it to square one. It feels like a recording. Go to a game. This is what we call chairsofting. 90 % of these half thought out ideas, methods to destroy your guns, and places to dump money would be squashed in about 5 minutes on a field with a well organized event, which would also be the funnest 5 minutes you cant even imagine. So by all means learn the hard way.

Yeah, the M14.

Get some optics,learn how to work the hop up, get heavier and higher quality bbs, and install a better operator.
