Yeah thats what is inside your M14 right now.
The only ones that I can think of that are prebuilt are the G&P (sucks) and the JG (blah). Whats in your gun is far better.

k i was also wondering if what come in my cm.032 is sniper(ambush) quality with out much up grade .

Not exactly sure what that means. The Cyma M14 is a very skirmishable gun out of the box. Use high quality .25gr to .28gr bbs and set the hop up correctly. Thats really all you should have to do.
